Before choosing any technology we come to your business and watch how the team works. That is where the scope comes from: what is included, what is not, with a date and a price. If none of our lines solves your problem, we say so before charging.

What usually happens before a new system arrives
- The system says one thing and the spreadsheet next to it says another — and the team trusts the spreadsheet.
- You bought a system and it never stuck: nobody looked at how the team worked before installing it.
- The internet drops and the till stops charging. When it comes back, someone types in by hand everything the POS never told stock.

- The scope in writing before the first line of code. What is left out is written down too: nothing missing turns up halfway through.

How much does a custom system cost?
It depends on the scope, which is why we publish no price list: the same request costs one thing for a team of three and another for a team of twenty. The price comes out of the analysis and is written down next to the date, in the same document. If the number does not work for you, it ends there — with nothing built halfway.
How long does it take?
That comes out of the analysis too, and it is written down with a date. What we can tell you up front is the order: we do not hand everything over at the end. Each module goes live on its own, so you are using the first part while we build the second.
What if it does not solve my problem in the end?
We say so before charging. Sometimes the analysis concludes that no new system is needed: fixing one integration or changing one of the team's routines is enough. We would rather say that and lose the project than sell something your team will stop using.
What if my business is small and I have nothing set up yet?
Better: there is less to take apart. If everything lives in a spreadsheet and in one person's head today, that is already the working material — that is where how the business really works is written down. The analysis is the same; what changes is the size of the scope that comes out of it.
