Privacy policy

What data this site collects
This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. On its public pages the only cookie is NEXT_LOCALE, which holds a language code — es, pt or en — and nothing else.
It is written in two situations: when you pick a language in the switcher, and when the language of the page you open does not match the preference your browser declares — or when your browser declares none. If they match, nothing is written.
Your browser keeps it for up to 200 days, or until you clear this site's data. It contains no identifier and cannot be used to follow you, here or anywhere else.
What stays in your browser
The theme switcher (light / dark / system) saves your choice in the browser's local storage, under the key «cde-theme». It is not a cookie: it never travels to the server, and we neither read it nor receive it.
It holds a single word, «light» or «dark». If you go back to the «system» option, the key deletes itself.
That key and the language cookie are the only things this site leaves on your device. To remove them by hand, clear this site's data in your browser settings. If your browser blocks that storage — in private browsing, for instance — the site works the same and follows your system theme.
What this site does not have
There is no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no social network pixel, and no other tool measuring your visit.
Fonts are served from this same domain; they are not requested from an external CDN. There are no embedded third-party iframes either.
The map on the contact page is a static image: the OpenStreetMap tiles were downloaded once, when the site was built, and are served from here. Opening that page triggers no request to anyone else's server.
The audit tool
In the audit tool you paste an address and it is our server — not your browser — that fetches that page. The analysed site sees our server's IP address, never yours.
The address you check and the report we return are not stored: they are used to build the answer and discarded with it. That tool writes nothing to any database.
To enforce a cap of five queries per minute, the process holds your IP address with timestamps in its own memory. That record never reaches a database and disappears when the server restarts.
When you leave the site
Outbound links — WhatsApp, Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, the sources we cite — exist only as links: while you are reading the page, nothing is requested from those services.
Once you click, you leave this site and the destination's privacy policy takes over, and that policy is outside our control.
If you write to us
If you contact us via WhatsApp or email, we use your contact details solely to reply. We do not sell them, share them, or add them to mailing lists without your consent.
This site has no contact form: the conversation starts in whichever channel you choose, under that channel's own rules. Through those same channels you can ask us anything about what this page says.
Legal framework
Paraguay has Law 7593/2025 on personal data protection. This policy will be revised as its regulation develops.
This text describes what the site does today, not what we would like to promise. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
