Custom software development in Ciudad del Este

A system is not bought: it is fitted to how your business already works. We start by understanding the operation, not by picking the technology.

  • Office in Edificio San Miguel, downtown Ciudad del Este
  • We work in Spanish, Portuguese and English
  • Scope, date and price in writing before we start
  • The same team runs a city portal in Brazil, live today

Why the last system never stuck

Systems that fail almost never fail on technology: they fail because nobody looked at the operation before installing them. The team ends up with two routines — the system one and the real one, in a spreadsheet on the side. We start from that spreadsheet: it is where how the business actually works is written down.

What we build

E-commerce

Your own store, with your catalogue, your payment methods and your logistics. Not a template with your logo on top.

Company website

The site that answers before you do: hours, address, services and a direct way to reach you. This very site is the demonstration.

Point of sale

A till that keeps charging when the internet drops, and closes the day without recounting by hand.

CRM

Who bought, when, and what they have not bought yet. Without it, every sale starts from zero.

Integrations

The POS talking to stock, stock to the store, payments to the ERP. Integration is where time is won or lost.

Dashboards

The numbers of the operation on one screen, updating themselves — not a report someone assembles on Monday.

A system makes the operation run; it does not bring anyone in. Getting customers through the door is another job — digital marketing, with the same in-house team.

How we work

  1. 1We analyse. We go to the site, watch the operation and listen for what hurts. Without this step, the rest is guesswork.
  2. 2We scope it in writing: what is included, what is not, with a date and a price. If none of our lines solves your problem, we say so before charging.
  3. 3We deliver in parts. Each module goes live on its own, so you see results before the project ends.
  4. 4We stay. The system changes when the business changes — and your business will change.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before hiring this

What decides the price of a custom system?

There is no price list: a point of sale for one shop and an online store wired into stock are not the same job. We look at your operation on site first; the scope comes out of that, and the price is written down with a date before the first line of code.

Does this work for a small business, two or three people?

Yes, and it usually shows faster there: when the team is small, every manual reconciliation comes out of someone's evening. You do not have to buy everything — we start with the module that hurts most, and the rest comes when you need it.

Do I have to throw out the system I already use?

Not always. If what you have works, we leave it running and build the integration around it. What we check first is whether that system lets you export your data: when it does not, then it is time to talk about replacing it.

Do I own the code and the data?

Yes, and it is written that way in the scope you sign, before we start. A system you cannot leave is not custom: it is a rental under another name.

What happens after delivery, if something breaks?

It is written into the same scope: what support covers and for how long. And if a delivered module does not do what the scope says, fixing it is part of the project — not billed separately.

Tell us what your business does and what you want to change. After we see how you work, the scope comes in writing — with a date and a price.
