What we claim — and what we do not

CDE DIGITAL operates in Ciudad del Este — Edificio San Miguel, 3rd floor, office 9, Av. Adrián Jara at Av. Pampliega. The Paraguayan RUC is still being processed and will be published on this page once issued.

The founding team's prior track record in Brazil is verifiable: Búzios Digital LTDA, CNPJ 60.390.097/0001-18, available in the public registry. They are two distinct companies with distinct ownership.

We only claim numbers that carry a date and a source, and the market figures all live on a single page: the sourced-facts page. Each one names the institution that issued it and the day we verified it — the three figures on the home page come from there.

When a service page cites a figure that is not ours — the fees the DePix issuer publishes, for instance — it says right there who published it. A number without an owner does not go into any text on this site.

We are not a financial institution, currency exchange or virtual asset service provider, and we do not use those words to describe ourselves. We provide technology services.

Of the nine facts published, seven name the issuing institution: Bancard, Anthropic, the Liquid Federation and the DNIT. Two do not. The podcast audience figure for Brazil and the creator market survey for Paraguay have the number, but not yet the primary source that signs it.

Those two are flagged as such on the sourced-facts page, and while they stay flagged they do not go into commercial material. A number without a source may still be true; what it may not do is help sell you something.

We do not publish client counts, project counts or years of accumulated experience. Nobody outside the company can verify those figures, and displaying them would ask for your trust instead of giving you something to check.

We also do not publish industry averages without a primary source, nor testimonials: the component exists in the code and returns nothing until there is a real authorized testimonial, so the home page simply does not show that section.

A case study is only published with the client's written authorization recorded in the system. Without that record, the system will not let it be published.

The only stock photos left on the site are on the three campaign landing pages, and each carries the label "Stock photo" alongside the author's name. Crediting the photographer alone would let you conclude that we hired them to portray something of ours.

No other page carries a photo — not the home page, not the service pages, not the about page. Outside those three landing pages, the only images on the site are the logo and the static map of the office. No rented image may imply that it is our office, our team or a client, and the alt text describes what the photo shows, never what the page sells.

When real photos of Edificio San Miguel and of the team exist, they replace these.

The site is published in Spanish, Portuguese and English. Not yet in Guarani: the translation file is empty, so the Guarani route does not exist and the site does not declare it to search engines as an alternate version either. An automated project check refuses to mark a language as published without a complete translation — and equally refuses to leave a finished one unpublished.

Translating the interface and serving clients in a language are two different things, and confusing them was once a defect on this site. We work in Spanish, Portuguese and English. When the Guarani version ships it will carry a visible notice of AI-assisted translation, and that does not change the languages we work in.

We use artificial intelligence in content production, and every article declares it in the article itself: written by a person, drafted with AI or translated with AI — and, where AI was involved, which model and who signed off on the review.

This is not a promise made in prose. The user the system reserves for the automated pipeline can only write drafts, and an AI-assisted article is not published without an identified human reviewer whose name stays visible on the page.

This site is versioned in git: every content change is recorded with a date and an author. Cited figures carry their own verification date on the sourced-facts page, and this page is updated when reality changes — including when the change leaves us looking worse.
