After you write

What happens once you send the message

Nobody writes hoping to land in a sales funnel. Here are the four real steps, from your side of the message.

  1. A person answers

    Someone from the team writes back, the same day if it is office hours. What comes back is a question about what you told us, not an automated catalogue or a price list.

  2. A conversation about what is stuck

    We ask how you work today, where the time goes and what you already tried. That conversation is not billed. If none of our lines solves your problem, we say so right there.

  3. We look at the operation before proposing anything

    We come to your place to see how it works today: how an order comes in, how you get paid, what gets redone by hand every night. If it is a network job, we measure signal and interference on the spot. The studio works the other way round: the room is ours, and you come to it.

  4. The scope arrives in writing, and you decide

    What is in, what is out, with a date and a price, in a document you can read end to end before deciding. If the answer is no, it ends there: we do not chase you.

What should I put in the first message?

What your business does and what is stuck today. That is enough to tell whether we can help. You do not need the project worked out — working it out is part of the job.

How fast do you reply?

During office hours, the same day. Outside them, the next working day. The status above says whether someone is here right now — that is Ciudad del Este time, not your clock.

Is the first conversation billed?

No. The first conversation is free and commits you to nothing. What comes out of it is a sense of the scope; the written quote comes after, if there is a project.

What if my project is too small?

Small is not the problem; vague is. If what you need is settled in one conversation, it gets settled there: we will not build a project to justify a quote. And if it falls below what we do well, we tell you what we would do in your place.

Can I drop by the office unannounced?

You can, but write first: we are a small team and sometimes we are at a client site. One message confirms someone is in and saves you the trip.

How do I find the office? The building name is not on the map.

Search your phone for the corner of Adrián Jara and Pampliega: the entrance is on Pampliega. The map just above has the pin, the floor and the office number. If you get there and cannot spot it, message us from the pavement and we will walk you in.

Do you work from the Brazilian side of the border?

Yes, and in Portuguese. The founding team comes from Brazil. Software and marketing do not require crossing; for the network we come to your place, and for recording you come to our room downtown.
