Artificial intelligence for businesses in Paraguay

Nobody needs an AI. What you need is to stop answering the same WhatsApp question all day and copying data from one spreadsheet into another. We start with that process — the one that hurts — not with the tool of the month.

Illustration: the model drafts the reply and a person approves it before it goes out.

  • Office in Edificio San Miguel, downtown Ciudad del Este
  • We work in Spanish, Portuguese and English
  • Scope, date and price in writing before we start
  • The same team runs a city portal in Brazil, live today

Why trying AI changed nothing

It almost always goes the same way the first time: you open the chat, it impresses you, and a week later nobody is using it. The model did not fail, the fit did. The tool did not know your prices, your stock or your opening hours, and nobody said which concrete task it was supposed to take off your hands. Here we start from that task, and from the number of what it costs you today.

Where Paraguay starts

In Anthropic's AI usage index, Paraguay scores 0.52 — 74th of 116 countries, behind Uruguay (1.21), Chile (0.91), Colombia (0.85) and Brazil (0.79). Read it backwards and the number is a to-do list: every point of that gap is a process a Ciudad del Este business still does by hand. The source, dated, is on our facts page.

What we do

  • Process diagnosis: what to automate first, what to leave alone and what is not worth touching.
  • Internal assistants that answer from your company's data, not from what the model imagines.
  • AI-assisted customer service, with a person reviewing before the customer reads the answer.
  • Measurement from day one: we know what the process cost before, so there is something to compare against.

How we work

  1. 1One process at a time. Starting with the whole company is the most expensive way to never finish.
  2. 2Every assistant ships with human supervision and written limits: what it answers and what it hands to a person.
  3. 3If AI does not pay off in your case, we say so in those words. The honest diagnosis is the product.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before hiring this

What does it cost to start with AI?

There is no price list, and that is deliberate: quoting without seeing the process would be inventing a number. The first step is the diagnosis, and the scope and the closed price come out of it in writing. If the conclusion is that AI does not pay off in your case, we say so and it ends there: we do not sell the second stage out of inertia.

Does it work for a small company?

What decides is not how many people you have, it is how many times a day the same task repeats. A three-person shop answering a hundred identical messages has more to gain than a large company with no repetition.

What if the assistant tells a customer something wrong?

That is why no answer goes out without a person approving it. The assistant drafts from your company's data and has written limits: what it does not know goes to someone on the team instead of being invented.

How long before it shows?

The diagnosis is short: one conversation and the document that comes out of it. After that it goes one task at a time, so you see the result of the first one before the whole project ends — and if it is not working, you stop there.

Can it serve Brazilian customers in Portuguese?

Yes. On the border, whoever writes in Portuguese expects an answer in Portuguese — so the language is set channel by channel, and the human review happens in that same language. An assistant that answers well in Spanish and oddly in Portuguese is worse than none.
