Case studies
Verifiable cases, and what we do not have yet
We prefer to publish little and be able to prove all of it. A client case goes on this page when the client authorizes it in writing — never before.

City portal — Búzios, Brazil
The founding team built and runs the Búzios city portal: local news, a business guide and an audience that arrives through organic search, not through ads. It is the whole operation — writing, publishing, infrastructure and ranking — sustained for years by the same people who are here now. It is live at buziosdigital.com, and it is the blueprint we are following in the Paraguayan chapter. Búzios Digital LTDA is a separate legal entity with a different ownership structure: the same team, not the same company.
A podcast studio in operation
A room rented self-service with automated recording: the model was proven in Búzios and now runs in Ciudad del Este. Three published shows come out of it — Búzios Now, O Peso da História and Café na Palavra, the last one by Hugo himself, a partner here — all on YouTube, with episodes you can listen to now. We do not publish listener counts: YouTube renders that number on the client and we could not read it from a source. Anyone who wants to measure the size is one click away.
cdedigital.net
This site is the case you can audit without asking us: three published languages with key parity verified by script, Guarani held back by automated checks until it is genuinely translated, a structured-data graph with stable identifiers, complete HTML without JavaScript, and an office map generated at build time so no visit leaves a trace on another domain. We publish how it was built, with enough detail for someone else to review it.

What counts as a case here
Four rules. They are written down so you can hold us to them if we ever break one.
Written permission, every time
A client's work goes on this page once the client signs off on it. Without that, nothing is published: not the name, not the logo, not a screenshot with the brand blurred out. And it is not a good-faith promise: the system that publishes this page refuses to put a case online while the authorization box is unchecked.
It opens in a browser
Every case here has a public address: you open it today, from wherever you are, without asking us for anything. We do not write "a client in the sector" or "a regional company we cannot name": a case you cannot open is a story, not evidence.
Numbers carry a date and a source
If we cannot say where a number comes from and when we checked it, we do not write it. And when the number exists but the primary source is not confirmed yet, it stays flagged as under verification on our data page and we do not use it to sell. It is slower and it makes the page thinner. It is also the only thing that lets you check us.
What you will not find here
Client counts, years of experience, testimonials, logos of brands we met once, growth charts with no axis. None of it can be verified from the outside, and all of it is easy to invent. We would rather keep this page short and undecorated.
The portal and the studio named here are run by Búzios Digital — a separate company in the same group, separately owned. Open the agency's site and see who we mean.
