Not one guaraní into ads before the diagnosis

First we define who you sell to, what sets you apart and what a sale is worth. The campaign gets built after that — and sometimes the conclusion is that you should not advertise yet.

If you have run ads before, this will sound familiar

  • You put money into ads and got messages from people who ask the price and vanish. Nobody could explain why.
  • You pay someone every month to "do posts". The posts go out on time. Whether they bring customers, neither of you knows.
  • You do not know what it costs you to win a customer. Without that number, any marketing budget is expensive or cheap on a hunch.

What the diagnosis includes

  • A structured conversation with whoever decides in the business — not a form, not a brief over email.
  • Who you sell to, what sets you apart and what a sale is worth — the frame Kotler systematised, answered right there, not in a fifty-page report.
  • The goal as a number: how many leads you want, at what cost, in what timeframe.
  • A plan of what to do and what to stop doing — even if the answer is to wait before advertising.

What gets added when the plan calls for it

  • Paid traffic: campaigns with a budget, an audience and a goal defined before the first guaraní is spent.
  • Social media at the frequency your operation can actually sustain.
  • SEO, GEO and AEO: showing up on Google and in the answers of ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity.
  • Visual identity with a brand manual, plus the pieces for social, ads and storefront.

The proof we have — and the proof we do not

The founding team built and runs the Búzios city portal, in Brazil: local news, a business guide and an audience that arrives through organic search. And this site is our own SEO/GEO/AEO applied to ourselves first, with the technical detail public. We have no Paraguayan client case yet: the first one goes on the cases page when the client authorizes it in writing.

What people ask before hiring us

How much does it cost?

The price comes after the diagnosis, and that is on purpose: quoting before we know who you sell to and what a sale is worth would be inventing a number. The first conversation sets the scope, and the quote comes out of it: a fixed price, in writing. We do not publish list prices because we do not sell off-the-shelf packages.

How long until I see results?

Three different clocks. The diagnosis is short: one conversation and the document that comes out of it. Ads give you numbers from day one, though the first stretch goes into testing audience, message and offer. SEO is measured in months — anyone promising you page one of Google in thirty days is selling smoke.

And if it does not work?

You will hear it from us, with the number next to it. What does not work gets cut: we change the message, the audience or the offer, and if the problem is not the ad but the price or the product, we say so. No agency can guarantee sales; what can be guaranteed is that you see what was spent and what it brought in.

Is it worth it for a small business with no website?

Yes, and often that is where the diagnosis matters most: on a small budget, aiming at the wrong audience hurts in full. A website is not a requirement to start the conversation — if you need one, it shows up in the plan for what it is: a cost with a reason, not a mandatory bundle.

Before the next campaign

Tell us what you sell and who you sell it to today. We come out of that conversation with a plan — and with the list of what not to do yet.
