What an AI crawler finds on your site

Paste a page address and our server fetches it. You get four facts back: what the robots.txt says about AI crawlers, which structured data the page declares, which hreflang tags it carries and how much text arrives without JavaScript. There is no score, and no promise that an AI will cite you.

How this reading works

  • Our server fetches the page, not your browser, and it reads the HTML before any JavaScript runs. We are not a crawler: a site that answers differently per visitor may show us other HTML.
  • It reads four things: the domain's robots.txt, the application/ld+json blocks, the hreflang tags and the text of the served HTML. Nothing else, and one page per query.
  • No report is stored. It is built on the spot, shown, and it ends there: no database, no history, and it is not sent anywhere.

What happens to the address you type

The address you paste is not stored: it goes to the server, it is used to fetch the page, and it is dropped with the response. Your IP does sit in memory, only for the cap of five queries per minute. The other trace is the server's access log, the same one any visit leaves. No tracking cookies, no outside analytics.

Does this give me a score?

No, and that is deliberate. The tool tells you what it found on your page and what it did not: how many structured-data blocks there are, which AI crawlers your robots.txt allows, whether the hreflang is reciprocal, and how much text survives without JavaScript. A score would invent a scale nobody can defend.

It says "not found" for AI crawlers. Is that bad?

Not necessarily. Blocking training crawlers is a legitimate decision, and plenty of companies make it on purpose. What the tool does is show you the real state of your file — the decision is yours.

Do you store the address I paste?

We store neither the URL nor the result. Our server makes the request, not your browser, and the report is built and shown: it is not kept in any database.

Why does it not measure site speed?

Because a lab number would be the same lie in another field. The speed that matters is field Core Web Vitals, which come from CrUX and need an API key and minimum traffic. We would rather say what we do not measure than invent a number.

Does it work with any site?

With any site that returns public HTML. It does not reach internal or private addresses, and if a page takes too long or weighs too much, it stops and tells you instead of hanging.
